Celebrity Indian Restaurant is more than just a business it’s the realization of a dream shared by husband and wife team, Kamal and his wife, who believe that authentic Indian cuisine deserves to be experienced by everyone, prepared with the care and respect that tradition demands.
Like many great restaurants, our story begins at home. In their own kitchen, Kamal and his wife would spend hours perfecting recipes passed down through their families, adjusting spice blends, experimenting with techniques, and sharing meals with friends who consistently asked the same question: “When are you opening a restaurant?”
That question became impossible to ignore. Southern Pines needed a destination for truly authentic Indian cuisine a place where families could gather, celebrations could happen, and every guest would be treated like the celebrity they are.
